The Youth Employment Program by the NRC's IRAP provides funding to innovative Canadian small or medium-sized for-profit, incorporated businesses with 500 or fewer full-time employees to hire young graduates, who can contribute to business, technical, or technology-related projects such as advancing R&D initiatives, developing new products and processes, conducting market analyses, supporting business development, and enhancing customer service, all in partnership with NRC IRAP to drive innovation.
